HEALTH & NUTRITIONAL COACHING
Are you sick of the false promises and rigid rules perpetuated by the mainstream diet and fitness industry?fitness trainers advocating tricks and tips straight from the anorexic community to ‘help you’ cut calories to absurdly low levels, there’s a whole lot of dogma out there and it’s not in your best interest. I want to help you accomplish your weight loss goals and tap into greater health and fitness without driving you nuts in the process. Lasting change needs to be enjoyable and sensible.
You don’t need drastic measures and self-imposed disordered eating and exercise practices to meet your goals. You can and SHOULD practice moderation, ypur health is important, but having an unhealthy obsession with health is something that will cause problems sooner or later.



CORE STRENGTH
With this focus on core strength, the fitness industry has moved towards training the body as a whole, rather than focusing on separate muscle groups. This means incorporating torso training throughout your workout, rather than just doing the usual standard crunches.

GROUP TRAINING
Our Group Training classes generally have 5-9 participants and we provide a second Trainer to help coach the class when there are more than 9 participants! We offer the Group Training classes for the basically able bodied to experienced exerciser.
